Every quote starts with a real conversation. We listen first, then we work. No upsells, no surprise add-ons. The price you book at is the price you pay.

Our team is fully licensed and insured. We carry the credentials our trade requires, and we keep them current.

Custom design

Full custom artwork from consultation through tattoo. Sketches and revisions included. The thing you've been imagining.

Delicate single-needle line work. Botanicals, script, minimalist designs. Heals beautifully.

About INK & ATELIER

A tattoo studio for people
who treat the work
like a commitment, not an impulse.

INK & ATELIER opened in 2014 as a private studio, not a street shop. No flash on the walls, no walk-in traffic. Every piece starts as a conversation and a drawing. If the idea isn't ready yet, we'll say so and book the consult again rather than put it on your skin.

Six artists, each with a deep specialty. We don't do flash. Every piece starts with a consultation — usually free. We sterilise everything between every client per Ontario health regulations.

Deposits required to hold appointments — applied to the final tattoo cost. Same-day work only on small designs by current clients.

Every artist here apprentices in this studio before they take clients of their own. Each one has a lane — fine line, colour realism, traditional, blackwork. Bring your references to the consult and we'll point you at the right artist, or tell you honestly when it's not our kind of work.

Walk-ins? +

No — we're fully appointment-based and consultations come first. Same-day small work occasionally possible by appointment.

How long until I can book? +

Cassian and Marcus typically book 2-4 months out. Other artists 4-8 weeks. Consultations sooner.

Deposits? +

Yes — $100 for sessions under 3 hours, $200 for longer. Applied to the final tattoo cost. Non-refundable but transferable with 7 days notice.

What about cover-ups? +

Free consultation, honest assessment. Some designs are coverable, some aren't. We'll tell you the truth and recommend laser removal first if needed.

Pain levels? +

Honest answer: depends on placement, your tolerance, and the work. We'll talk about it at the consult. We don't use numbing cream on most work — it changes how the skin takes the ink.
